What is LocalConnect?
LocalConnect is a local business growth agency from Balaghat, MP. We help small businesses go online with Website Development, Mobile App Development, Website to App Conversion, Business Automation Apps, and Digital Marketing.
What is your pricing model?
Our Website & App Development services are ONE-TIME payment based. No monthly rental for development. You pay once for development and you get lifetime access to the product. Domain, Hosting, and Play Store fees are yearly/third-party charges.
How much time do you take to deliver a Website or App?
Normally, a business website takes 3-5 days and a mobile app takes 7-12 days after you provide all content (logo, text, images, products). Play Store publishing takes extra 7-15 days for Google's review.
What do you mean by Lifetime Access & Free Upgrades?
Lifetime Access means you own the final delivered website/app for lifetime. Free Upgrades means we will fix any bugs in the same version for 90 days for free. Any new design or new feature after delivery will be chargeable.
Is Domain, Hosting and Play Store fee included?
No, Domain (approx ₹1000/yr), Hosting (approx ₹3000/yr), and Play Store Developer Fee ($25 one-time) are paid by client to Google/Hosting company directly, unless it is explicitly written in your invoice that it is included.
Will you upload my App on Play Store?
Yes, we provide complete Play Store publishing support. We will create screenshots, description, and upload your app. Final approval is in Google's hands. If rejected due to technical fault from our side, we will fix and re-submit 2 times for free.
Do you provide refund?
Since we provide custom digital products which cannot be resold, once work has started (design/coding), no refund is provided. Refund is only possible if we fail to start your work within 10 days. Please read our detailed Refund Policy.
What do you need from my side to start?
We need your business name, logo (if available), phone number, address, product/service details, images, and 100% advance or as per agreed milestone to start work.
