Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to LocalConnect (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website www.localconnectbgt.in and all our services, including Website Development, Mobile App Development, Website to App Conversion, Business Automation Apps, UI/UX Design, Tech Consulting & Publishing, Social Media Management, Performance Ads, Graphic & Brand Design, and Video Production & Editing. By accessing our website, placing an order, or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during enquiry and checkout. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your project login credentials.

Scope of Services & Quotations

All services are provided based on the quotation discussed on WhatsApp, Email or our website. Any work outside the agreed scope (extra pages, extra features, extra revisions) will be treated as new work and charged separately. We reserve the right to refuse any project that involves illegal, adult, gambling, or copyright-infringing content.

Pricing, Payments & Lifetime Access

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. 100% advance or as per agreed milestones is required to start work. Our pricing is one-time for development projects.

Delivery Timelines & Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on you providing required content (logo, text, images, product details) on time. If client delays content for more than 15 days, project will be considered paused. We are not liable for delays caused by Google Play Store review, domain/hosting providers, or third-party API changes. Source code/files will be delivered only after 100% payment is cleared.

Play Store Publishing Policy

We provide full assistance for Google Play Store publishing. However, final approval, suspension, or rejection is solely at Google's discretion. We will fix technical issues and re-submit up to 2 times for free if rejection is due to our technical fault. We are NOT responsible if rejection/suspension is due to client's brand name, illegal content, misleading claims, or policy violation. No refund will be given in such cases.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon 100% payment, the final website/app is owned by you. However, the underlying framework, reusable libraries, and base code developed by us before or during the project remain our property. You may not resell our source code as your own product/template. We reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio, website, and social media as "Work Done" unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed BEFORE starting the project.

Performance Ads & Social Media Disclaimer

For Performance Ads, we provide service of campaign setup, optimization, and management. We DO NOT guarantee any fixed number of leads, sales, or ROI. Results depend on your product quality, market competition, offer, and your sales team. Ad budget is to be paid directly by client to Google/Meta. Once ads are run, ad management fee is non-refundable.

Prohibited Uses & Termination

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, defamatory, or abusive purposes. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend any project if we find fraud, non-payment, abusive behaviour towards our team, or use of pirated/illegal content. In case of termination by us due to your violation, no refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any loss of data, business loss, loss of profit, or revenue. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project in the last 3 months. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalConnect against any third-party claims arising from your business content.

Data Backup & Security

While we maintain backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining a backup of your website/app data. We are not responsible for data loss due to hacking, server failure of hosting company, or deletion by you.

Refunds

Please read our detailed refund policy at Refund Policy. As we deal in custom digital products which cannot be resold, once work has started (UI design, coding), the fee is non-refundable. If we fail to start your work within 10 days of payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Fraud Prevention

• We will NEVER ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, Password, or banking password.
• All official communication and payments will only be through our official domain www.localconnectbgt.in and official email localconnectbgt@gmail.com.
• Always verify our UPI / Bank details from our invoice only. We are not responsible if you pay to any other number.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet failure, power failure, government actions, or pandemics.

Severability & Governing Law

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining parts will still be enforceable. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
